Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the 9Barista machine and all original accessories in the initial shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
